A date! Alastor would never ever admit it, but... well. He was a bit on edge this past week, and while he didn't indulge any details to his dear friend Rosie she certainly hopped right onto his request for a proper new coat. He's kept it secret until now, an open coat to show the new striped vest and a black collar shirt that Rosie assured him would be tantalizing.
This time, roses would do - Rosie wouldn't let Alastor go back without them, and he's been keeping them carefully stored in a black box, now balanced in the crook of his elbow as he adjusted his bowtie before knocking on the door. What giddy flattery he felt, they were going to share a proper date... even if it was with The Enemy and his dear mother might've had a proper heart attack. Not that she'd have approved of his wretched soul if she knew, honestly... but still, a shame he'd not given her a moment to see her son admittedly twitterpated--
