[Though they could still try again anyways~ Making their little miracle was so much fun the first time. Turning to walk inside the nursery, it was beautiful decorated in swathes of deep purples and blues with tinkling stings of light lining the walls. It's ceiling was enchanted with shifting stars, making out the night sky. Clearly the work of Stolas...
Sitting in the center of the room was a something that resembled a crib, though it had a lid and dials on the side. Nestled in the soft padded sheets was their egg.
Slowly the owl approached the incubator, carefully opening it up to scoop the egg into his arms. Then he turned to place it gently on a pillow perched on a pedestal.]
[As soon as his hands are free, he raised his right to create a ball of glowing light. Here goes nothing... bringing his hand down to place his palm against the shell, it was warm to the touch. The inside of the egg light up with a dim orange hue, and for a moment the owl's heart sank. He had to remind himself that the shadows he was searching for would be small at this stage and the egg was huge. Methodically the goetia dragged his hand across the egg's surface, searching for signs of life. Nearing the backside, a dark patch blacken out the light and Stolas exhaled a breath he didn't know he was holding.]
[SNIFF... Blitzø caaaarefully shifts the egg so they can both more easily see the lit up dark patch, still holding the egg safe and close. Baby... baby........]
[The owl was also trying to hold back tears of joy, adjusting his hand to see the shadow more clearly when he saw something... odd. Wait... no way. It was hard to see and if you didn't know what to look for it could have been easily over looked. There as a second, smaller shadow hidden behind the larger more predominant one.
With his free hand, he clasped it over his mouth as tears just flooded his eyes.]
[He pauses, his energy dropping a little. Mixed emotions... a sad, wistful, nostalgic smile crosses his face as he looks closer.]
We're having twins, huh...
[He doesn't sound sad or even any kind of upset, honestly - just... nostalgic. He slowly hugs the egg to his chest, cherishing and loving. Twins... just... just like his mom had. Just like him and Barbie.]
[Stolas picked up on Blitzø’s little dip in energy and he wiped away his tears, turning to look at him. Was something the matter? Was two too much? The owl was having a mimicking anxiety spiral in his head.]
Everything alright? I know we were only expecting maybe one... having twins is a bit of a shock. It's extremely rar for eggs to produce twins, so I'm a bit taken back myself. Looks like we may need to rethink the nursery and get two beds set.
No, I was not aware of this. You rarely speak of your family. [A small smile crept on his face.] Carrying on the family tradition I see. Here I was thinking you fucked me so good you put two babies in me.
[Stolas joked, pulling his hand away and the egg fell back into darkness. With a small flick of the wrist he created a small portal to pull out a notebook, thumbing throw it.]
I thought I was going over board with planning but now I'm glad I came up with a lot of names~
[There was an awkward chuckle from the owl. Most of that said 'list' was unusable or rather... unsuitable from a child. But look how proud he was. Stolas didn't want to crush that....]
They were all... very unique. [A beat.] H-how about you look at the ones I wrote down. Maybe one will jump at you.
[Stolas reached out to swap the egg for the notebook. He could put their babies safely back into the incubator to stay toasty warm. Dont worry little ones... mommy daddy will make sure yiu get decent names.]
[As Blitzø was browsing over his notes, he gently placed their egg back inside the crib, closing it back up. Again, with a wave of a hand he brought them something to sit on while keeping a watchful eye on their babies. Taking a seat, the goetia chained his head up to see what names he was referring to. They all seemed like reasonable names to hum. They didn't have that many letters, right?]
Do you want me to read them to you, Love? Which ones are you having issues with l? Are there any that you can? I want you to be able to say our kid's name.
[There was a quiet smile on the owl's face as he watch Blitzø made an attempt to red his novel list of names. He was well aware that he was a little... over zealous when it came to writing all those done but he was glad there were a few in there that the imp could read without too much trouble.]
Yes it is. I remember you saying you wanted one that might match Loona so I added that one in there. [However when Blitzø read 'Orion' it sparked a memory and he perked up. He very clearly recalls reading a name of the imp's choice that wasn't... horrible that also started with an 'O'.] You like Orion? Its the constellation of The Hunter, you know. I thought if he had a boy that he might take after you, my mighty assassin~ But Blitz.... You had a lovely name Olive in the text thread you sent me. I remember it since it reminded me of Octavia. How cute how that be if they all started with Os?

[He'll grab the smaller things with his tail and flop everything else over his shoulders.]
Let's go drop these off and see if we gotta roll the dice again!
[He's at least in a decent mood about that. The fact that Stolas already agreed to try again completely took away any anxieties for him.]

Care to hold it Blitz? I need a hand free.

[Smiling up at the ceiling briefly, Blitzø happily scooped up the egg into his arms, putting a doting little smooch on it.
He didn't mention it before but uh... he was definitely gonna make an omelette joke if this was a dud.]

[He trails off there a little. He never really talked about Barbie, but he did still keep her poster in his office.]
I'm happy, just thinking about Barbie, that's all.

You got my list in all my texts!
[That was pretty much ALL Blitzø has texted since the egg was laid, honestly. Undoubtedly Stolas had been viciously spammed.]

[He's... he's doing his best. He perks up at a few shorter names, though.]
Oh! Rastaban is kinda fucking cool for a boy. Rrrrrastabaaaaaahn.
[Reading... reading...]
Hesper is good, too. And isn't Sirius the dog star? Like my Loonie! Orion is pretty alright.
