"Hmmmm... what's the right vibe for tonight..." Bee pondered aloud, thinking for a beat. "Something savory-sweet I think. We're getting a little more toothy tonight, flavor-wise..."

Snapping her fingers, she smiled as she decided and summoned a platter of bacon pancakes. "There we go! Go ham on it, feathers, and have fun!"

An eye twitched. Clearly, this was a cosmic joke at his expense. And yet, there was no possible way she could've known. God dammit.

"To be honest with you, I don't think this... kind of party's for me. But I'm told that getting out and being around people in general is good for me, and the welcome is appreciated, just the same."

Polite. Uptight. Bee scoffs a slight laugh, but restrains herself from any comment.

"Still coming out of the cocoon, not quite a social butterfly yet, hmm? Here, take this, it'll help ease the tension," she assured with a wink, summoning and passing him a nice, cold bottle of beezeljuice. "Sweet as sweet can be, a little gift from your Queen Bee~"

She'll pass the pancakes to someone else, buzzing off to meet and greet and get more people absolutely fucked up in a food coma or blisteringly drunk.
