Mm, more than I realized. He didn't get powers until more recently, even though he's wanted them since we were little kids. [Smile smile smile, he likes talking about Ritsu a lot, huh?] Ah, but he's a lot smarter than I am. Ritsu's amazing.

[He nods at the second remark.] Ritsu is my younger brother. I'm really proud of him. It's nice to have him around again.

I want to be better... I think Ritsu wants that, too. We aren't close like we used to be.

[He nods, considering not saying anything... but it's nice to feel like he can confide in someone. At least, compared to the six months (lifetime?) he spent in Mogami's world.] I can't read people very well... I have a really hard time. I'm so lucky that I have all my friends and family now... life without them is kind of...

While I can't say that you don't give off the impression of being unsure of the mood sometimes, you are capable of feeling emotions, and you clearly care a lot for your friends and family. I think they'd be lucky to have you in their lives, regardless of whether or not you can read a person as well as you seem to think you need to.

When I fought Mogami, I got to experience a life without any of my friends, or family, or my powers... it made me realize how lucky I really am. I thought, at first, that I wouldn't want to keep working as an exorcist after that. But I'm glad I came here to help. So if Mogami does show up... [He'd rather never see Mogami again--] ...please call me. I will try to help.

[There's a long pause, before Joshua reaches out and touches Mob's shoulder.]

Thank you. I really appreciate having you to rely on, should that man make an appearance here.

[But then his expression turns teasing as the hand slides up into Mob's hair to play with.]

[He turns bright red, looking down and away, too shy to look in Joshua's face.] It's... still surprising... [Having someone this blatantly flirtatious with him and not using it to bully him.] It's nice, though... [He adds with a bit of haste, trying not to push away Joshua and hurt his feelings. After all, the affectionate touch was pretty intense - even behind his tightly clamped emotional state, he could feel his heart thudding with excitement and fondness and validation.]

[Joshua hums a little in thought here, considering.]

As for activities to do next... actually, hang on.

[Joshua reaches into his pocket, taking out his cellphone. He flips it open and goes to the camera setting, pressing some buttons here so that the camera is facing the two of them.]

Would if be alright if I took a picture of you with me here?

Oh, sure... [Suddenly he needs to lean a little closer to be in frame, and he's sure that he's going to catch fire if his face gets any warmer... Shigeo is pretty oblivious to the fact that he's starting to float them a little once they're close and both in frame.]

[Joshua does notice, but that just makes him giggle a little here.]

[Click. The camera snaps the photo, and now Shigeo will be able to see himself and Joshua immortalized together on this selfie! ... And also floating a little, but Joshua still seems pretty happy with the results.]

[He doesn't smile, he has a hard time smiling on command. But at least Joshua manages to capture a relatively happy expression. Which only gets more flustered and happy looking when he sees the picture, then hears that. That's... really romantic. He always wanted to do that, too.] Um, me too...

[He takes out his phone to see, and blinks at it, surprised.] Oh... I was floating.

[He says, as he pokes at Shigeo's cheek a little teasingly here. How could someone not think it was adorable, seeing Shigeo float like that?]

Sorry... I'm not supposed to pick people up with my powers. [But he doesn't sound too upset, since Joshua thought it was cute.]

It's alright. I used to have a bad habit of doing that myself back in the beginning, when I was first coming into my own here.

[When he was... um. First dealing with the "being dead" thing.]

Mm... I'm surprised you look like a person.

[He can sense and feel Joshua, so it's not like he's forgotten that Joshua is dead... it's just a far cry from his usual encounter with ghosts.]

I don't like to fly around too much... I get motion sickness.

Well... how I look now is more closer to how I used to look in order to be approachable: as the Composer, my true appearance tends to intimidate people more often than most.

That's a shame though that you don't like flying: I tend to find it enjoyable, though my old mentor does get annoyed sometimes if he catches me out somewhere instead of doing work or something instead.

[... It doesn't stop Joshua from blowing the guy off and still dicking around anyway, though.]

... Rather rude, I might add, given that I was with guests at the time when he called. The least he could have done was wait until I wasn't busy, but that's Mr. H for you I suppose.
